Job Description:


This role is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated analyst or account manager to gain experience in the world of digital advertising and learn the business from a grassroots level.


This is a good opening for a junior candidate (2 - 3 years experience), who is ready to step-up into a mid-level position. Adludio is a high-growth business that is scaling rapidly, so there are plenty of opportunities to fast-track your career.


Your job will entail managing our digital ad campaigns, for every major media agency and brand in international markets, across programmatic trading (standard display placements) and Social channels.


The ideal candidate will be a mathematically minded, tech savvy team player with a strong instinct to deliver outstanding customer service.


Our campaign managers demonstrate a very particular set of skills: they are highly analytical, organised and detail-oriented individuals, who are able to cope with high levels of responsibility, while also showing strong levels of patience, empathy and cross-functional teamwork. They fulfill  both the account management function and technical adops, to cover the full life-cycle of a campaign.


Managing demanding customers is at the centre of what they do: the candidate must be able to understand process/dependencies, and facilitate communication with the team and stakeholders.


You will:


Take booking details from the Commercial team, confirm delivery details and devise a production and delivery plan to meet all brand objectives


Liaise with Designers to ensure the campaign creative is conceptualised and approved to the client’s satisfaction


Optimise campaign performance to ensure campaign goals are met


Deliver a campaign according to contractual requirements to best performance


Develop a full understanding of programmatic DSP setups and targeting capabilities, and act as direct technical contact for all DSPs and Targeting Suppliers to ensure an up to date knowledge base and understanding of supply-side capabilities


First line of troubleshooting on all campaign and ad tags, working closely with the client, tracking suppliers, DSPs, and Adludio’s Q&A and Technical Teams


Manage campaign timelines and budgets, manage inventory & yield to make sure that campaigns are delivered per client KPIs while meeting Adludio commercial targets


Provide excellent customer service to multiple stakeholders including Account Managers, Sales Managers, Senior Management, Data Team and Publishers


Produce reports capable of providing strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management


Create excellent Case Studies and post-campaign presentations to impress clients, and to assist the Sales team in their next pitch


Other ad hoc functions, including testing product and tech innovations/improvements


Must have:


A background in line with data analytics, business analysis and/or statistics, and have a strong interest in operations and customer service


Demonstrable experience working in/with cross-functional teams/stakeholders


An ambition to grow in a managerial and strategic function


Strong analytical ability, and a comfortable working knowledge of XLS


Motivated to learn operational aspects of digital advertising and programmatic trading


Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript and SQL (database queries)


Keen analytical mind, proven experience of taking large data sets to troubleshoot issues, and ability to look at problems from different angles


Experience in statistical analysis


Process oriented mindset, very organised, and strong attention to detail, but coupled with an exceptional sense of how to manage customers and stakeholders expectations


Strong interest in tech and innovation – we love enthusiasm!


Nice to have:


An understanding of the digital advertising industry, and programmatic trading


Experience with large partners in this space such as Google, MOAT, Nielsen, IAS etc


Understanding of third party advertising tags, beacons and click tracking


Working knowledge of PPTX and a good ‘eye’ for visual presentations


Willingness to accept a growing level of responsibility


A desire to develop within and improve operational and logistical processes


Willingness to take on a mentoring role, interest in team-building


Degree in Business, Mathematics and Statistics disciplines with demonstrable academic achievements
